Here are some details about the history of the castle: The beginnings of the castle in Muszyna date back to the 14th century, during the reign of King Casimir the Great. However, the origins of the fortress itself are not entirely clear. There is a legend that speaks of its establishment during this time, but historical records indicate the existence of two towns and ten villages belonging to castrum Musszina (the term "castrum" at that time referred to both castles and other fortified points, including wooden settlements) as early as 1391. The first town, Powroźnik (Powrosniky), and Nowe Miasto, also known as Miastek, were under the control of the castle. Therefore, it is possible that the first fortress was not made of stone, but was of a wooden settlement type located on top of Koziejówki, a few hundred meters from Baszty - the name used by the locals to refer to the castle. - you will learn more about the castle and the attractions in the area during the guided walk. The price includes VAT. The resort fee is payable in cash at the reception, 6.20 PLN per day/person. Child 7-18 years - 2.00 PLN/day. Not using any element included in the package does not reduce its value. Treatments cannot be exchanged for others. Discounts are not offered on packages. The hotel does not accept pets. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel.
