In saline grotto microclimate you can breath the air rich in minerals and microelements. Saturated air elements containing i.a. potassium, calcium, magnesium and selenium will strengthen body and put the nervous system into relaxing state. During a session you lie in a comfortable lounger and listen to well-suited relaxing music (ocean wave sounds, sounds of wind and rain, birdsinging). Additionally, the application of warm colours of light (yellow, orange, red) and cold ones (violet, blue, indigo) influences the senses. Colour therapy depending on the light emission acts in stimulating or alleviating way. Sessions with the use of Dead Sea salt are recommended both as a rehabilitation factor and as a preventive measure.
